SAC WEEK 2017 - Be Healthy???


Welcome back again with me "Stefanus Hendy" and now I will show you my healthy habits. Doing healthy habits is very simple and no need more cost to do it. we can do anything that healthy for us like drinking mineral water and also do some sport like playing sport game or you can do stretching in the morning.

you can eat for lunch or breakfast or dinner with food that contain vegetables and also don't forget to drink milk in the morning for increase you energy to start your day. While you have lunch or dinner, you must drink mineral water that contain oxygent that good for your health. That's all my healthy habis, what is your healthy habits?
